Machine Gun Kelly explains the incident
Machine Gun Kelly responded to the entire situation by saying, “My vibe is 'the worst' how? because someone put a microphone in my face essentially forcing me to do a random interview when I was just trying to enjoy an event?”
He added, “Because car engines were so loud I couldn't hear him? please tell me more about why I'm the worst. My anxiety has won. I hate being in public.”
The rapper asserted that he was "honored" to attend the race, which Max Verstappen ended up winning.
Brundle asked, “What's going on with your career at the moment?” To which Machine Gun Kelly plainly said, “My career... I don't think about my career. I don't think about it.”
“Well good luck with it, whatever you do,” Brundle astonishingly said.
MGK inquired, "Can you show off your top-notch air guitar skills?" Brundle, feeling embarrassed, replied, "No, there's a huge audience watching. You should do it!"
Brundle then responded, "Well, I can't. I once attempted to learn the piano and managed to grasp just the middle C, and that's about it."

Nevertheless, Kelly persisted by saying, "Show me your finest air piano skills! Let's have an impromptu air guitar and air piano performance right now! Come on, 3, 2, 1... I need those keys, I need keys!"
Brundle, however, declined, stating, "I can't do it! I should probably head off, as there are some people I need to meet."
In a separate incident, Colson Baker, known by his real name MGK, was observed rising from his seat and addressing an intruder who unexpectedly rushed the stage during his appearance at the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 conference in Ohio.
“My man, get the f**k away from me. Yo, what are you doing? What are you doing? This is a bad look. Don’t make me do this,” MGK said as he raised his fists in self-defense, according to a report by DailyMail.
Later a security guard stepped in and dragged the fan off the stage while MGK tried to calm down and go on with the interview.
