Hozier apologizes after posting video with 'handsome squidward' filter, Internet says 'this is Jesus'
Known for his sizzling Irish look and the great success of his debut single 'Take Me to Church', Andrew John Hozier-Byrne aka Hozier has gained millions of followers around the world in recent times. And now, his name also joined the trending league after he posted a video of himself in Instagram's 'Handsome Squidward filter'.
After a few minutes, he apologized in his Instagram stories for accidentally posting the video saying, "Hahaha Inconsolable weeping Christ, that handsome Squidward content was just for the boys. Pray for me. Thank you." The video came after several people commented on his story, saying that he looks like Jesus Christ.
One user shared the video and said, "HOZIER POSTED THIS BY ACCIDENT AND THEN APOLOGIZED AND I AM PEEING". Soon people pointed that Hozier resembled Jesus Christ in the video, as one user commented saying, "Hozier looks like white washed jesus here," while another one said, "this isn't handsome squidward hozier this is jesus." While some called him Jesus's love child, "hozier with the squidward face filter really be looking like the love child of Jesus Christ, handsome squidward, and lord Farquaad #hozier".
