LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Chris Rock, the renowned stand-up comedian, boasts of a height of 5 feet 10 inches (178 cm or 1.78 m) and weighs 76 kg (168 lbs). With three Emmy Awards to his name, Rock gained prominence through his comedic sketches on 'Saturday Night Live'.
Rock was unfortunately embroiled in the Oscar 'Slapgate' in 2022. During the 94th Academy Awards, actor Will Smith walked onstage and assaulted Rock with a open-palm strike. The slap was in response to Rock's joke about Smith's wife Jada Pinkett Smith's shaved head.

Subsequently, in his Netflix special, 'Selective Outrage', Rock called Smith “significantly" bigger than him, calling attention to how buff Smith was compared to him and also their huge height difference. Smith is 6 feet 2 inches (1.88m), making him 4 inches taller than Rock.

Chris Rock's height jokes went viral
A video discussing the dynamics between short and tall individuals, featuring Rock, went viral on YouTube, further fueling the discussion about a question, “How tall is the Funny Comedian?”
“For instance, Short guys can talk about tall guys all day long. Short guys can say whatever they want to about tall guys. I hope your head hits an air conditioning bit. I hope Bin Laden flies a plane into your lips. But tall guys can't talk about short guys. That's just me. Look at these midget motherf*****s, 3, 4, 5,” Chris Rock said in the video.

Another comedian-turned-actor that Chris Rock often gets compared with is Kevin Hart.
Hart once surprised Rock with a goat, live on stage, who he jokingly named Will Smith, at the 'Rock Hart Only Headliners Allowed' show at Madison Square Garden.
