In her post, Navarro used a little bit of humor as she wrote, “I’ve told you before, I didn’t really do much to take care of my skin until I turned 50. "I religiously use Vitamin C serum, Retinol serum, and hyaluronic acid. I even learned to spell it! How I wish I had started earlier. And after a day like today, when I’ve been in the sun and sea and wind, I put on a mask,” she added.

Navarro also had some advice for youngsters, "Oh, and for God’s sake millennials, listen to me: even if you come home late and drunk after a night of partying, take off your makeup and wash your face. You’ll regret not doing so when you’re 50. Or so I’ve heard….”
