The 1,296 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home was purchased for $1.88 million. The couple put it on the market in March 2020 for an asking price of $2.195 million.
Schulman also has a home in Los Angeles where he lived for six years before purchasing his New York condo. He continues to stay in the same house whenever he shoots 'Catfish'. In an interview, he said, “I have a home in Los Angeles that I lived in for six years before moving, and that’s where I stay when I’m filming for 'Catfish'. It can get very lonely. When it comes to making this home feel personal, just having my family around me is enough—if I don’t hear the sound of screaming infants or catch the occasional eye roll from Laura, my day isn’t complete.”
