'Catfish' is back again on TV this week after skipping an episode last week due to the CMT Music Awards. Featured on this week's episode is Jay, an incomplete quadriplegic who is completely smitten by this girl named Anna. She's a Filipino and she initiated a conversation with him after sending a friend request his way. He did accept it and the two started talking day in and day out.

Anna didn't hold back while having a conversation with him. She asked him questions like 'Do you like Filipino girls' and other stuff that helped break the ice between them and a free-wheeling fun chat ensued between them. After a month of just chatting, Anna shared her number with him but upon calling on the number, Jay was directed to a man's voicemail. Anna apologized and said she gave him her boss's number. She shared another number with him and this time instead of calling, Jay sent multiple texts to her, all of which went unanswered.

All of the conversation that the two had was online and they never video called each other or spoken on the phone. Now Jay admitted to having his guard higher up than usual given his physical disability. He was rendered an incomplete quadriplegic after an accident at 17 years of age impacted his spinal cord. Trusting people and opening up to them took a little more time for him but with Anna it was different. He was ready to put himself out there with her given the fact that she showed genuine interest in him, in whatever conversation they had until then. However, he wanted to be extra sure before he did so and approached 'Catfish' hosts Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford to help determine if she was for real.

Even though he was confined to a wheelchair, Jay believes in living his life to the fullest. He edits skydiving videos for a living. His disability didn't stop him from indulging in the sport himself, and Kamie and Nev were mighty impressed with his zest for life and now it was all the more important for them to know if he was being set up for heartbreak or if Anna was indeed for real, tune in to the episode to find out.

'Catfish' airs Wednesdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
