The couple became Instagram official in December 2022, with Paul sharing photos with the caption, "Lucky me." Agdal later updated her account on New Year's Eve, highlighting their beginning together. Paul has 23.6 million YouTube subscribers, 25.9 million Instagram followers, and 17.7 million TikTok followers.

Paul popped the question on the open-air patio of Lake Como's magnificent Hotel Passalacqua. The proposal was marred by the fact that the ring did not fit the former Sports Illustrated cover model, Agdal's finger.
Agdal, on the other hand, responded saying "Yes," and the two went to their knees and fell into an embrace. Paul also called his younger brother Jake Paul right away to say, "Bro, you have a sister!"
Paul apparently recruited a camera disguised as a waiter to capture the moment, which caught Agdal off guard. According to an eyewitness, Agdal was "completely blindsided by the proposal and was visibly surprised," Daily Mail reports.

'We met at an event in NYC'
Paul met Agdal at an event in New York, and the two hit it off right away. Agdal, who once dated Leonardo DiCaprio, has previously stated that she was the one who initiated contact. "We met at an event in NYC," she claimed in an interview with the Daily Front Row.
"I found out he was there and my gut was screaming that I had to say hi to him. I basically convinced him to meet me and my friends upstairs for a drink," she added.
The relationship appeared to be strong when Paul decided to visit Denmark early this year to meet his girlfriend's father. However, the meeting was canceled due to the WWE superstar's "mental breakdown." Paul was on Kevin Hart's vlog earlier this year and was asked if he had ever had a breakdown.
Paul responded, "It’s funny you ask that right now. Two weeks ago I had a little bit of a breakdown. I think my mental fortitude is one of my most valuable assets… and I broke. I couldn’t meet my girlfriend’s father. we traveled to Denmark just to meet her family. And I just had a breakdown one night and wasn’t in the headspace to meet her dad for the first time."
