Cardi reportedly also threw a mic at the DJ
The incident that sparked the battery probe happened on Saturday when Cardi was performing in the scorching heat and asked someone to splash water on her. A concertgoer threw a cup of liquid and ice at her, which angered her and made her throw the mic into the crowd which ricocheted and also hit another woman standing next to her who later filed the complaint. The night before, Cardi reportedly also threw a mic at the DJ who was allegedly cutting off her songs too early. She yelled out her name and then tossed the mic like a football before walking off stage.
