Johnny Depp 'on his own planet': Holly Robinson Peete says she hasn't seen '21 Jump Street' co-star much
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Holly Robinson Peete admitted that Johnny Depp lives on "his own planet". The actress confessed that she and the 'Black Mass' actor haven't kept in touch much over the years despite spending a lot of time together on set in the past while working on four seasons of the well-known cop TV series '21 Jump Street' following its 1987 debut.
In a recent interview with Closer Weekly, the actress disclosed that some of the cast members from the 1987 TV series are still in touch. She said, "Dustin (Nguyen), Peter (DeLuise), and Steven (Williams) have stayed in touch. Johnny is kind of on his own planet. I haven't seen him much over the years."

After the completion of the series in 1991, Depp went on to gain massive success in his acting career, appearing in movies like 'Edward Scissorhands', 'What's Eating Gilbert Grape', and 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'.
Before joining the cast of the daytime talk program 'The Talk', Holly continued her acting career on television and appeared n sitcoms like 'Hangin' with Mr Cooper' and 'For Your Love'. She and former NFL star Rodney Peete have been married for 27 years. The actress attributes their happy marriage to a practice they do which is known as the 20-second embrace.
In the interview, the actress shared the secret to her 27-year marriage, "Either one of you is allowed to ask for it at any time. It's holding each other and hugging for 20 seconds, without saying anything," she said, adding, "Something happens around the 15-second mark where the pheromones take over, and your hearts are next to each other, and you just soften your stance. It's not just for when someone's mad, but also when someone is feeling stressed."
'21 Jump Street' was an American television series that ran for 103 episodes from April 12, 1987, to April 27, 1991, on Fox and in first-run syndication. The series centers on a group of youthful-appearing undercover police detectives who investigate crimes in high schools, universities, and other places frequented by teenagers. Holly portrayed Judy Hoff, the secondary protagonist and a top-ranking police officer who is constantly in line for a promotion, according to IMDb.
