It has been an endless week of celebrations for American singer Hilary Duff. After exchanging wedding vows with husband Matthew Koma on December 21, Hilary shared a Christmassy photo with new hubby and kids.

With two of them sitting in Christmas hats, and their kids with them, Hilary captioned the photo, "This was the best we got. Merry Christmas eve!"

The couple got married in an intimate ceremony in the yard of their Los Angeles Home on December 21. Hilary ensured that their 14-month old daughter Banks and 7-year-old son Luca from her previous marriage with Mike Comrie were part of the small festivities.

A video of her in the wedding dress was shared with Vogue and she explained the intricate embroidery as well. She says in the video, "There's a sweet little embroidery with our initials. There’s an 'M' and an 'H' and then the date of our wedding. And over here, there’s initials for our kids. There's Luca's and Banks'. They’re part of our ceremony. And, obviously, the biggest part of our life." "Maybe, someday, Banks will want to wear my dress," Hilary said "She can add to it."

The couple started dating in early 2017. They welcomed baby Banks in October 2018, and in May 2019, Koma proposed to Hilary. A day after their wedding, Hilary shared a photo with Koma and captioned it, "This." Koma took to his Instagram page and shared the same photo with the caption, "For the rest of forever... 12.21.19."

In October 2019, there were rumors about the couple being 'secretly' married after Koma referred to her as 'wife' in an Instagram post. In the following month, Hilary set the record straight with ET and said, "No, we are not secretly married, but we are basically married. So, you know, sometimes those little things slip out."
