Brad Pitt’s girlfriend Ines de Ramon not meeting his children may have something to do with Angelina Jolie
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: While sparks are flying between Brad Pitt and his girlfriend Ines de Ramon, it appears the 'Fight Club' actor is still hesitant to introduce her to his six children. The issue reportedly stems from the custody of the six children that he shares with ex-wife Angelina Jolie. Moreover, the 59-year-old actor wants to solve some "unresolved" legal issues with the 47-year-old actress.
“Brad adores Ines and things are going very well,” an insider told Us Weekly, adding that their closeness has not yet extended to Pitt and Jolie’s six children, Maddox, 21, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 16, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 14. While the children have not yet been introduced to de Ramon, she has also not met Jolie. “The relationship is still fairly new so it will take some time before any introductions to the rest of the family,” the source explained.

'Things are getting more serious'
The 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' actor filed for divorce from Jolie in 2016, citing irreconcilable differences and requested sole physical custody of their six children. In 2019, the former pair were legally divorced. However, as of 2023, they are still embroiled in a custody battle over their youngest children. Despite the court drama, Pitt has decided to give love a new opportunity with the fashion designer.
“Things are getting more serious” between the pair, the source told the magazine, adding that the jewelry expert is “slated to visit him soon” as Pitt is currently working on a new project in New York City. The fresh couple, who were first linked in November 2022, “miss one another quite a bit since he has been in N.Y. filming Wolves alongside George Clooney,” the insider added. “The distance has absolutely made the heart grow fonder.”
De Ramon 'big hit' among Pitt's friends
The insider shared that de Ramon might have not met his children as of now but she surely got the stamp of approval from his friends. “Brad and Ines are having a really wonderful time with each other,” another source told Us Weekly in January, noting that the former University of Geneva student is a “big hit with Brad’s friends.” The insider noted: “Their relationship feels comfortable and playful.”
Meanwhile, the 'Bullet Train' star is circling the court due to his ongoing court battle with the 'Maleficent' actress. Pitt has claimed that Jolie sold their Château Miraval winery without his knowledge. In response, Jolie claimed in court documents in October 2022 that Pitt was physically and emotionally abusive during their marriage.
