Has Jeff Bezos' fiancée gone under the knife? Lauren Sanchez's 'transformation' over the years
MIAMI, FLORIDA: There's no denying that Jeff Bezos' reported fiancée Lauren Sanchez is drop-dead gorgeous, but some experts claim she has undergone some cosmetic procedures to achieve her stunning looks.
The former news anchor, 53, has never admitted to going under the knife. But rumors suggest she has undergone several procedures over the years — from breast implants to cheek and lip fillers. Lauren's beauty has definitely landed her plenty of TV work since the late 1990s. She was initially an entertainment reporter at Extra before anchoring Los Angeles' UPN 13 News for KCOP-TV in 1999. The media personality subsequently joined local FOX news affiliate, KTTV, as an entertainment reporter.

Earlier this week, some of the country's top plastic surgeons told Page Six that they believe Lauren has likely had a nose job and a facelift. Dr Konstantin Vasyukevich said people often have a facelift to “prevent the sagging of the facial tissue and maintain youthful neck contour,” which he believes the former newswoman has undergone.
Celebrity surgeon Dr Ramtin Kassir told the outlet that a clear sign Lauren had had a facelift is her "attached earlobe," which is more apparent in her newer photos than older ones. “If you do a facelift and sew everything too tight, the earlobe becomes attached to the face and loses its curved contour,” Kassir explained. “She’s got some dimpling and shadows around her mouth,” he also points out. “These are tell-tale giveaways of things that have been done and skin that has been pulled.” Meanwhile, Dr Ehsan Ali agreed it was "possible" the former 'Good Day LA' anchor had a mini facelift as “her skin looks pulled back and tighter.” He believes Lauren also had a rhinoplasty since the “tip of her nose is much thinner than before.”
Lauren dated Kansas City Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzalez in the early nineties, welcoming a son, Nikko, in 2001. They eventually parted ways and she found love again shortly after, tying the knot with Hollywood talent agent Patrick Whitesell in 2005.
Patrick has notably represented Ben Affleck and Matt Damon from the start of their careers and boasts a roster of A-listers as his clientele. Lauren became a mother again when she and Patrick welcomed their son Evan in 2006 and daughter Ella in 2008.
Lauren, however, continued to work as an entertainment reporter. In 2010, she covered the Oscars for Extra, where she served as the syndicated show's weekend anchor. That same year she broke down her Academy Awards routine for Self magazine. "The night before is for studying everyone who's going to be on the red carpet. The morning of the awards I leave really early. I feed my kids breakfast — I have egg whites, sliced avocado, and coffee — take a shower, and head straight to the hotel where we get ready and do hair and makeup," she explained at the time.
The New Mexico native also told the outlet how she maintained her amazing physique. "Pilates changed my body. I used to run marathons and I was never as fit and toned as I am now. I do it at a studio run by Saul Choza and I'm indebted to him forever because my ass has lifted. We do a mix of mat and reformer," she divulged. More than a decade later, Lauren flaunted her enviable figure with an intense workout in a July 2022 Instagram video. The clip showed her doing dumbbell presses on a bench, "dips on Parallette Bars" with bands to assist the workout, barbell bench presses, and a lot of sit-ups.
Lauren, a licensed helicopter pilot, eventually stepped away from being on camera after founding Black Ops Aviation in 2016. It was the nation's first female-owned aerial film and production company. Her love of aviation eventually led her to cross paths with Amazon founder and CEO Jeff. Both were married when they first met, but they fell in love and divorced from their respective spouses in 2018.
The lovebirds soon began attending red carpets, sporting events, and other high-profile engagements as a couple. And after dating for five years, Jeff reportedly proposed to Lauren aboard his $500 million yacht, according to Life & Style magazine. The engagement ring was first photographed on May 21 with Sanchez proudly flaunting it on a May 22 dinner date, laying all speculation to rest.
