The Los Angeles County District Attorney has also charged 24-year-old Pullos with a felony case of hit-and-run and a misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated with a .08 BAC or higher.

The actress has entered a not-guilty plea and the preliminary hearing is set for next month as per TMZ. Reportedly, Pullos who was driving the wrong way, struck another automobile, a Kia, head-on at 60 mph while driving inebriated along the 134 Freeway in Pasadena on April 29 as per California Highway Patrol.

Another star of the hospital was also involved in a hit-and-run

Before the horrific crash, a former star of 'General Hospital' from 2009 was involved in a collision with an Oldsmobile on the westbound lane. The Oldsmobile was being driven by a 27-year-old woman from Fontana, California, however, she was reported to have suffered any serious injuries. During a search of the vehicle, officers discovered edibles and mini-bottles of tequila. The vehicle involved in the crash was a 2019 Ford. The police reported that the star showed clear signs of intoxication. Pasadena Fire Department as per the report had to use jaws of life to extract Pullos, who was also injured, from her vehicle before she was taken to Huntington Hospital.

Wilder has filed a lawsuit against Pullos for damages

Courtney Wilder, a 23-year-old driver of the vehicle that Haley collided with, was also taken to the hospital in critical condition. Since the accident, Wilder has filed a lawsuit against Pullos for damages, as he sustained lasting injuries and his car was also damaged. According to Wilder, Pullos drove the wrong way on an off-ramp, and he didn't have time to react when he saw headlights approaching him.

The 24-year-old actress first revealed being involved in an automobile accident on Soap Opera Digest in May. "Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident and I'm doing OK, but I am going to need a little time to recover. I will be back as soon as possible!", she stated.

Pullos checked into luxury detox along with her father in May following the accident

In the same month, she was spotted checking a luxury rehab facility-Detox and Residential Treatment Center- in Malibu which costs $2,600 a week. His father had reportedly taken her there.

Even as it is unclear if she was involved in more DUI cases or had alcohol problems, the rehab center, as per Daily Mail, features a variety of alcohol and drug addiction therapies ranging from a 10-day detox to a more comprehensive medication-assisted program with a residential option for round-the-clock care. Then, as a transition, an intense outpatient program is provided, along with an aftercare program for people who utilize the facilities.

'This is a $400 f*****g shirt!'

In the court paperwork for his lawsuit, Wilder asserts that Pullos shouldn't have been operating a vehicle on April 29 and that she ought to have at the very least stopped after being involved in a hit-and-run earlier that evening. Additionally, he claims that Pullos slammed into a firefighter who was examining her injuries while shouting, "This is a $400 f****** shirt!" He contends that Pullos was more concerned with an "overpriced shirt" than with the security and welfare of the accident victims. Pullos also reportedly fought with the hospital staff before she had to be sedated.
