Gwyneth Paltrow risks massive wardrobe malfunction in risque Globes gown: 'She's wearing pretty much nothing'
Gwyneth Paltrow made sure to be the center of attention in a strange see-through gown at the Golden Globes.
The 47-year-old was seen in a caramel-colored outfit that flashed her bra and knickers while she walked the red carpet at the award show. Her gown featured a high neck, low hemline, and long sleeves but left little to the imagination and barely covered up her body. It also featured in-built underwear that matched the color of the dress.
The crotch area was covered with a few ruffles that prevented her from exposing too much. She had accessorized the look with some bling diamond earrings and also a matching necklace. She had kept her hair styled loose and wore minimal makeup that included some black eyeliner and nude lipstick.
The mother of two had finished off the look with a pair of simple silver heeled sandals. When she was asked about her look on the red carpet, she shared, "I thought I better get it out one last time before I'm just too over the hill." Many fans and followers took to social media to comment on her outfit.
One fan shared, "I have no words. 'Confused' is the best I could come up with," while another added, "She's wearing pretty much nothing."
Paltrow had recently been on vacation with her former husband Chris Martin and his girlfriend Dakota Johnson. They had all gone on holiday to Aspen with Paltrow and Martin's children 15-year-old Apple and 13-year-old Moses. 'Coldplay' singer Martin and Paltrow had split up in 2014.
In the past, Paltrow has proved that she is a fan of sheer fabric. In 2015, she was seen presenting an award in a bubblegum pink Michael Kors dress during her last Golden Globes appearance. Before that in 1998, she was seen sporting a see-through light blue beaded Giorgio Armani dress while attending the premiere of 'Shakespeare in Love'.
