In his Tumblr post, Gaiman wrote, "We hand it in tomorrow. Barring disasters it will be done at our end. (Reminder: there are lots of other things to do. For example, every episode needs to be translated into about 30 languages, and then needs to be dubbed into that language. There's all the Amazon X-Ray content to be created and we are planning for some excellent content. And then there's a trailer to be made.)."
In a previous Tumblr post, Gaiman teased their plans for 'Good Omens' Season 2’s bonus content, He had said,"I don’t expect there will be a blooper reel, due to a disappointing lack of bloops." What is 'Good Omen' Season 2 going to be about?
The popular series on Prime Video was inspired by the 1990 novel 'Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch' by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. The angel Aziraphale and the demon Crowley, who have inhabited Earth since its creation, are portrayed by Michael Sheen and David Tennant, respectively. As a result, they are both accustomed to the pleasures of being a human. Their way of life is under danger in Season 1 due to the approaching Armageddon. The unusual team sets out on a mission to save the world by locating the missing anti-Christ in order to stop this. Season 2 will diverge from the original material to tell a whole original story, unlike the first installment.
