The 62-year-old latest post on the social media platform clearly elucidates that she is prepared for her big day but also has a plan in place to tackle the wedding day jitters.
Roberts’ post comes just a few days before her wedding to long-time partner Amber Laign. In her post, the ‘GMA’ star has shared a snap of herself in an extreme close-up, calling this as her "zen moment."

The ‘GMA’ star is gearing up for a momentous event in her life. After being together for nearly 18 years, Roberts is tying the knot with her partner and businesswoman, Laign.
The duo even had an on-air bachelorette party on ‘GMA’ where Roberts’ co-hosts all did their part to make their day memorable.
However, now that the wedding day is upon her, Roberts has shared a snap of herself on her Instagram, revealing in some detail that although she’s ready to get married if anxiety strikes before the big day, she will remember a “zen moment” she recently had to tackle it.

In the snap which is an extreme close-up of the ‘GMA’ host, Roberts can be seen with her eyes closed, facing left to the camera, wearing a brown hat as she’s about to tip it.
The blurry background shows a water body, signaling that the picture might be from her recent bachelorette trip with friends.
Roberts captioned her post, "Wedding plans are all in place for this week. Time to take hands off the wheel and just breathe.”
She then addressed all the anxiety leading up to the big day and added, “If anxious moments arise I’ll close my eyes and remember this zen moment.”
The snap was loved by her fans who couldn’t help but jump to praise Roberts for addressing her feelings before the wedding.
