'GMA' star George Stephanopoulos' wife Ali Wentworth thrilled over Jeopardy!'s Brooke Shields documentary question
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The ‘Good Morning America’ star George Stephanopoulos and his wife Ali Wentworth seem to have returned from their brief vacation in Greece. George is back in the studio while Ali has recently been blessed with heartwarming and thrilling news that shot up her excitement levels.
In her recent Instagram story, Ali revealed that her documentary film project ‘Pretty Baby: Brooke Shields’ was used as a question on America’s popular game show ‘Jeopardy!’. She was the executive producer of the project along with her husband George and she also starred in it. The 58-year-old actress and producer couldn’t control her excitement as she shared the news with her followers and fans.
‘What is Pretty Baby’
A fan posted the story on her Instagram handle and tagged Ali. The 58-year-old immediately took notice and reposted the story on her account. She thanked the fan for sending her the snapshot of the ‘Jeopardy!' prompt that referenced her and George’s mini-documentary series. The prompt read: "It's the title of a 1978 Brook Shields film and a 2023 documentary series about Brook Shields. The correct response was, "What is Pretty Baby?” Apart from producing this documentary for her friend Brooke, Ali also starred in two episodes of the series, sharing her journey with Brooke so far.
‘Pretty Baby: Brook Shields’ is a documentary where Ali also plays a small role as Alexandra. The documentary follows actor, model, and icon Brooke Shields as she becomes a woman who discovers her power after being sexualized as a young girl. The series is available to stream on Hulu.
‘Who is Stephanopoulos’
Recently, ‘GMA’ producers left George's talk show co-host Michael Strahan speechless after they shared a clip of George being featured in a recent ‘Jeopardy!’ episode. Michael announced that George was the answer to one of the questions in the ‘Jeopardy! Masters’ tournament. The question was worth $600 and came from the category Michael J Fox.
Michael presented the clue to James Holzhauer asking him which "advisor to former President Bill Clinton" inspired him for his role in the 1995 movie ‘The American President’. "And who made a cameo on my sitcom Spin City?" he asked in the second part of the clue. James guessed, "Who is Stephanopoulos?" which was correct. Later, on 'GMA’ George's co-host Michael gave him a cute compliment. "George, you are the answer for the $600 question, [but] I think you're a million dollar question guy myself.”
