'GMA' star George Stephanopoulos' wife Ali Wentworth stuns in black as she honors friend Brooke Shields at NYC gala
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star George Stephanopoulos’ wife Ali Wentworth honored her dear friend Brooke Shields with the Glamour Women of the Year award at a New York City gala recently.
The 58-year-old celebrity, who has been reeling with the feeling of being an empty nester, enjoyed a night out with two of her gorgeous friends -- Brooke Shields and Mariska Hargitay.
Ali took to Instagram to share the photos from this blingy night. For the gala, Ali was dressed in an all-black ensemble and looked sizzling on the red carpet.
In a cute moment captured by the cameras, Ali also hugged Shields who held on to her from the back.

Ali Wentworth honors Brooke Shields with the ‘Glamour’ award
Ali Wentworth ventured out to spend some time with their friend Brooke Shields at the event. The pair attended the Glamour Women of the Year 2023 event on November 7, 2023.
The event honored women in a variety of fields. Several celebrities including Halle Bailey and Millie Bobby Brown were present at the event.
Ali posed with Brooke on the red carpet for the event. She donned an all-black pantsuit and held Brooke close.
She wore her hair in a messy updo and paired it with light makeup and jewelry. The mother of two rocked a pair of matching heels for the event.
Ali smiled and laughed the entire time she was at the event, enjoying herself while being clicked at the event.
She even shared a photo from the stage next to Brooke and Mariska. In one of the snaps shared from the night, Ali can be seen in a silly pose on the red carpet with Brooke’s face peeping from behind her.

Ali Wentworth and George Stephanopoulos put up ‘brave front’ after turning empty nester
Only recently, the mother of two shared another snap on Instagram describing her plight of loneliness.
In the snap, Ali can be seen sitting right next to her husband George with a somber expression.
She dropped off her daughter Harper at college earlier this fall. She has been finding it difficult to deal with an empty house.
Ali captioned her snap, “Trying to put on a brave front. #emptynesters.”
The couple continues to try and get used to life without their children at home.
