'GMA' star DeMarco Morgan gives major fitness goals as he goes cycling in LA
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Good Morning America’ spinoff ‘GMA3’s spirited anchor DeMarco Morgan takes on life with bigger adventures outside the studio as well. The 44-year-old ‘GMA3’ host is a massive fitness enthusiast and takes immense care of his routine outside of work.
Be it running, intense gym sessions with co-host Eva Pilgrim and Dr Jennifer Ashton, or cycling, Morgan is always up for the task and posts his pursuits of fitness on social media from time to time. However, it turns out that Morgan was once again on one of his cycling sprees away from the studio in Los Angeles, where he hired a bicycle and took a small tour of the city while keeping fitness as the ultimate goal of his ride across LA.
Morgan’s adventurous cycling trip in Los Angeles
The ‘GMA3’ host seemed to have taken a short weekend trip to Los Angeles for unknown reasons. But taking his Instagram update into account, the ‘GMA’ star was seen in full cycling gear from head to toe, with a t-shirt and shorts and a safety helmet on his head, all geared up to take a ride in and around Los Angeles on a rented bicycle. In the post, Morgan can be seen sporting a huge smile on his face as he holds a black sturdy bicycle with ease.

The first picture was of Morgan before starting his cycling trip while the second picture in the post saw the ‘GMA’ host on the streets of LA, clicking a selfie as dreadful city traffic posed as a background effect. Morgan looked enthusiastic to continue his cycling expedition and fulfill his fitness goals. The ‘GMA’ host shared his experience with his followers as he captioned the post, “L O S - A N G E L E S 36 hours on the West Coast and MY people at @luftlosangeles gone always take care of a brutha when I need them wheels!! Thank you!!”
'Ready for next Iron Man Comp'
Morgan has a dedicated set of fans who keep up with all his fitness posts. One of the fans praised his fitness efforts and offered him a challenge. He wrote, “Ready for next Iron Man Comp,” as a second said, "This man lives in two different time zones?! Be everywhere!” A third complimented his bicycle and said, “Yeah that’s a ride (multiple fire emojis)” while a fourth stated, “There it is! Bring that thing to NYC.” A fifth fan played on Morgan’s name and commented, “Demarcogeddon!” Talking about his physique, one said, "Looking good," while another added, "Looking great."
