NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star Robin Roberts has finally tied the knot with her long-time partner Amber Laign in New York and blessed her fans with a few breathtaking snaps of the couple in their bridal gowns.
The 62-year-old has been with her partner for nearly two decades and decided to get married earlier this year by making a public announcement.
The ‘GMA’ host kept her promise and on Friday, September 8, 2023, married Laign in an “intimate” and “magical” ceremony in her backyard in the company of her family and friends.
However, the couple pictured in their white bridal gowns, walking down the aisle left the fans “gasping” for breath.

‘GMA’ host Robin Roberts shares sneak peek into her wedding with Amber Laign
Roberts didn’t leave her fans in the dark for too long and took to Instagram to share her happiness with her followers.
The ‘GMA’ host posted two snaps of her and Laign laughing while walking down the aisle in their white bridal gowns.
Roberts had the bouquet in her hands as she held Laign by the other hand. The two had the ceremony in their own lush green backyard with flowers surrounding the path they were walking on.
The second snap captured their backs to the camera as the sunlight sneered in through the trees, lightening up the path before them.
Roberts captioned the post, “An intimate, magical wedding ceremony in our backyard followed by a joyous reception… oh the dancing!!”
She further expressed her gratitude and said, “We are immensely grateful to all for making it a day and a night to remember. Honeymoon here we come!”
Roberts also shared an intimate snap of her and Laign on her Instagram story where she struck a romantic pose of looking into Laign’s eyes as she looked away.
Roberts’ niece, Bianca Roberts also shared a snap from the wedding where the couple can be seen standing in for a photo with the family.
Bianca captioned the post, “We are family. These are the memories that will stay with me forever.”
