GMA's Michael Strahan ends social media blackout to support fellow NFL star as daughter Sophia shares beaming Christmas snap
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star Michael Strahan has finally ended his social media blackout by sharing a clip supporting his fellow ex-NFL star Deion Sanders.
The 51-year-old who was earlier missing for a brief time from work and social media due to “personal family matters” is now back to the grind in full swing.
His last post on X (formerly Twitter) came on October 25 and since then Strahan has maintained radio silence.
The former New York Giants has broken his silence to promote an upcoming Amazon Prime series that honors the legacy of his dear friend and former NFL star, Sanders.
However, his daughter, Sophia isn’t shy from posting and recently shared a few snaps from her Christmas party with her followers.

The former New York Giants star and Sanders go way back. Strahan and Sanders played against each other in the NFL during the 1990s.
Sanders is head coach of the Colorado State Buffaloes and earlier this year thrust the team into the national spotlight with several eye-catching wins.
Sanders is also known as Coach Prime and has been named Sports Illustrated's Sportsperson of the Year.
