Futhermore, a closer check at the 55-year-old Soffer's biography reveals that he and Bundchen, 42, may have known each other for quite some time because he is her ex-husband Tom Brady's friend. Sources also allege that in October 2022, the Brazilian beauty secretly paid $11.5 million for a waterfront home on Biscaya Road in Surfside, which is just across the water from both her ex Brady and her rumored current lover, Soffer. The 6,600 square foot home that Bundchen owns was built in 1981, is on 0.4 acres, is probably a teardown, and has 92 feet of waterfront.
