NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star George Stephanopoulos’ wife Ali Wentworth recently shared a cryptic post about “anxiety” to her Instagram story.

The 58-year-old has been reeling with the effect of becoming an empty nester after dropping her second daughter to college.

But Ali has been finding ways to keep her mind off it. Despite her best efforts, it seems that the actress and producer is still finding it hard to deal with all the “anxiety” of an empty home.

Recently, Ali also shared a major throwback snap of her camping in a desert, making s’mores. Her recent posts have revolved around her daughters’ absence from her life and the numerous ways of coping with it.

Ali took to her Instagram story to share a screenshot of one of the New Yorker cartoons.

The black and white cartoon snap sees a man and a small child looking out the window from their house.

The man sports a grim look on his face with his eyes widened as the child looks completely blank, hoping for some instructions.

The caption of the cartoon says, “One day, son, all this anxiety will be yours.”

The cartoon talked about passing a particular trait or flaw to your children and the grim reality of it all.

It’s unclear whether Ali meant it as a word of caution for her two daughters, by making them aware of what’s in store for them soon, or just a random snap about what she was truly feeling.

The real reason is yet to be ascertained but the gloomy snap did raise some eyes.

Ali looked breezy in her white pajamas as she cooked s’mores during her trip.

In the background, a vast open space of desert can be seen with rough grass on the surface.

Ali captioned this throwback post, “I love S’mores. In my pajamas. In the desert. #TBT.”

Many fans rushed to the comments to inquire about the trip, especially her pajamas.

One asked, “Please where can I get those pajamas? I was just telling my husband about a set of sheets my grandmother had when I was little and she would make a bed for me on the couch.”

The fan continued, “I'd fall asleep as my grandpa listened to the baseball game on their console stereo in the summer. This is the exact print on those sheets!!”

A second said, “How fun!! At night in the desert, is so cool listening to the animals,” while a third wrote, “Only just a little bit jealous.”

A fourth added, “That’s a slay. I aspire to achieve this energy.”
