Matthew Perry 'secretly dating' talent manager who has been a 'great support' after addiction battle
'F.R.I.E.N.D.S' star Matthew Perry has found love again and is no longer single if reports are to be believed.
The 50-year-old actor is said to be "secretly dating" talent manager and producer Molly Hurwitz, 28, for the past few months and recently even enjoyed a romantic Christmas with her, according to the Sun.
Perry had sparked rumors that he was seeing somebody once again after he was seen leaving Dan Tana's Italian restaurant in West Hollywood with a mystery brunette last month, with it now being theorized that the woman was none other than Hurwitz.
The 28-year-old seemingly confirmed that she was dating Perry after she took to her private Instagram page of 1,200-odd followers and posted about her "boyfriend" alongside a photograph that was snapped inside his $35 million penthouse in Century City, Los Angeles, during Christmas.
In the snap, which was also shared by someone from Perry's inner circle, shows a Christmas tree decorated with silver baubles and tinsel, as well as a giant teddy bear and a pile of gift-wrapped presents located by a window.
"According to my parents’ custody agreement, my mother was not allowed to have a Christmas tree," she wrote in the post. "Fortunately, there’s no such agreement for a daughter’s boyfriend, so Hurwitz gets a treeeeeeee!!!"
"Molly has been seeing Matthew for months, they mix in the same circles and she’s originally from New York where they have spent time together," a source revealed to the Sun. "She has a very quirky sense of humor and they hit it off immediately."
"Molly is not interested in fame and she rarely parties, she’s been great for Matthew," the source continued. "They have kept the relationship a secret but things are getting more serious. They spent Christmas Day together with friends at his penthouse, exchanging gifts and watching Elf on his large cinema screen."
Perry's last serious relationship was with 'Masters of Sex' actress Lizzy Caplan, who he dated from 2006 to 2012, and in a bid to find a girlfriend, he reportedly even tried dating apps.
"He has been trying to find a girlfriend for a long time and even tried out celebrity dating app Raya, but he was struggling to meet the right woman," the source said.
However, it appears he has now found the "right woman" in Hurwitz, with the talent manager having been a "great support" to him as he continues his life after years of drug and alcohol abuse, according to the source.
