Fox News anchor Jesse Watters roasted for mocking POTUS and claiming the Weather Channel is 'Biden's safe space'

Jesse Watters took to Twitter to post a clip about him demanding answers from Joe Biden

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Ever since Jesse Watters replaced Carlson Tucker for the coveted 8 pm slot on Fox News, Watters has raised several questions for Joe Biden on ‘Jesse Watters Primetime.’

As the 2024 Presidential race draws closer, Watters has spent much of his time on 'Jesse Watters Primetime' expressing his views as a longtime Republican.

This time, in addition to his primetime slot, Watters took to Twitter to post a clip about him demanding answers from POTUS. However, the anchor was slammed by the internet. 

Watters has also alleged that Biden has avoided talking about some pressing issues affecting the country and that he has used the Weather Channel as his "safe space."

‘He only wants to talk about the weather’

Watters’ clip from ‘Jesse Watters Primetime’ started with, “Imagine if you had the opportunity to interview Joe Biden.”

In his Tweet, Watters wrote, “There’s a million questions we could ask Joe Biden, but he only wants to talk about the weather."

The anchor went on to say, "He did an interview with The Weather Channel where he said he spent $368 billion on a facility to control the climate and said his plan to reduce illegal immigration is to replace light bulbs in Central America. He also talked about how big of a threat water is to our military.”

The second half of the tweet focussed on Biden’s ‘safe space,’ “The Weather Channel is now Biden’s safe space, immune from sharp questions regarding bribes, the border, and crime."

"This confused, weak, corrupt, and terrified man is being protected by the ideological professional class who run the corporate media,” he added. 

‘Jesse Watters continues his struggle to be Tucker Carlson’

The comparison with Tucker is endless since Watters took his slot, one Twitter user wrote, “Jesse Watters continues his struggle to be Tucker Carlson.” Another one said, “I remember fox. I miss them.  Just seems useless without Tucker.”

Watters’ mother, Anne, is a Democrat who advised Watters before he took over the 8 pm slot, where she mentioned lawsuits, conspiracy rabbit holes, and more.

The internet has held on to that public advice as one wrote, “You should have listened to your mother, money is not worth selling your soul over.”

Another person also responded to Watters’ tweet, “Hey Jesse, your mother called. She wants you to talk about all of Mr Trump‘s indictments or Clarence Thomas’s corruption or House Republicans who waste their time with performative politics instead of helping the folks who elected them.”

In relation to Watters mentioning "corporate media" and Biden, one person tweeted, “Dude. You work for the corporate media too.”

People clearly weren’t amused by Watters as some responded sarcastically, “OMG! Biden talked about climate and the weather while on THE WEATHER CHANNEL? Wow, you’ve really uncovered a scandal here Jesse! What’s next? Talking about Food on the Food Network? Such scandal!”
