Former ‘GMA’ star Amy Robach showers love on boyfriend TJ Holmes after he cooks sumptuous meal for her after run

The post-run meal was prepared by Amy Robach's boyfriend TJ Holmes and included a mix of eggs and chorizo, which she seemed to thoroughly enjoy

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former ‘Good Morning America’ star Amy Robach showered all her love and affection on her boyfriend TJ Holmes as he made her a sumptuous meal after her running session. 

The 50-year-old is a certified runner who is intensively practicing for the upcoming New York City Marathon in November 2023.

Robach often shares updates about her preparations for the marathon by posting a few snaps from her run but this time around, the former ‘GMA3’ host shared a snap of her meal alongside a photo from her run.

In her latest post on Instagram, Robach once again shared a snap of herself running during the wee morning hours. 

She seems to be near on a running track near a pier in New York and wore a black jacket with leggings to complete her running attire.

Robach was photographed from the back in the first snap on a cloudy day. 

However, it’s the second snap that caught the attention of many. Robach posted a close-up snap of her delicious healthy meal which she enjoyed after her run.

The meal was prepared by her boyfriend TJ Holmes and included a mix of eggs and chorizo, a meal that Robach seems to have thoroughly enjoyed.

Robach appreciated the efforts of her boyfriend and later “thanked” him in her Instagram post.

She tagged Holmes and captioned her post, “Let the tapering begin... and a big thank you for the post-run eggs and chorizo @officialtjholmes.”  

Robach often runs with Holmes and the duo have also participated in marathons together in the past.

‘GMA’ Amy Robach spends quality time with younger daughter 

Robach also shared a few snaps from a night out with her younger daughter Annalise McIntosh.

The former 'GMA' star clicked a beaming selfie with her daughter in what she describes as “one of their favorite places in the world.”

Robach and her daughter appear to be in a Karaoke bar and are joined by the former ‘GMA’ star’s friends -- Sabrina Imamura, a Broadway dancer, and Nikki Spina.

Robach captioned the post with her daughter, “One of our favorite places in the world 🎶.”
