Fans thrilled over Robin Roberts' return to ‘GMA’ as she jokes she got the ‘honeymoon glow'
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star Robin Roberts is finally back in the studio, picking up her duties behind the desk after her honeymoon with wife Amber Laign in Curacao.
The 62-year-old got hitched to her partner of nearly two decades in New York on September 8 and then jetted off to Curacao for her honeymoon.
Fans got a glimpse from Roberts’ honeymoon in Curacao but are now extremely delighted to have her back in the studio, the place to which she really belongs.
Co-host Linsey Davis pointed out that Roberts also has had a glow on her face since her return, leading Roberts to state that “it could be Curacao.”

Robin Roberts resumes ‘GMA’ duties with morning message and prayer
Roberts is known for sending her best morning messages and prayers for her fans and followers through Instagram.
She takes every weekday morning before the program to impart a soulful and inspirational message and this time, Roberts spoke about the new opportunities that the almighty have for everyone.
But what fans focussed on was Roberts’ return to the dressing room and more importantly to the studio.
The last time Robin was on the show was August 30, 2023, and she sat with two fill-in hosts.

While she returned, and sat next to her regular co-host, George Stephanopoulos, Michael Strahan was suddenly out. Davis, who fills in a lot on the show, replaced the host.
It is not clear where Michael is or when he will be back on GMA.
During the show, Davis teased Roberts about the apparent glow she had on her face.
At first, Davis said it might be the wedding glow, prompting Roberts to answer that it might be the ‘honeymoon’ glow as well.
Over the weekend, Roberts shared a small clip from her honeymoon in Curacao where the couple can be seen dipping their feet on the beach.

Fans were over the moon on seeing Roberts back in the studio chair, leading the morning program as usual.
