Fans slam Britney Spears' ex Kevin Federline for trying to relocate their sons to Hawaii

The former teen pop sensation then had to be compelled to enter treatment after being hospitalized numerous times, shaving her head, attacking paparazzi, and attacking a security guard.

Now, her ex-husband has given the 'Princess of Pop' an ultimatum to accept his proposal to move their sons to Hawaii or he will seek a judge's approval in court, reports TMZ. Federline, 45, who has primary custody of children Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, plans to move out of Los Angeles in August with his family, including wife Victoria Prince. K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, claims that he has repeatedly asked Spears' attorney, Mathew Rosengart, to submit a letter or email confirming the 41-year-old pop singer is "okay with the move," but he has not gotten anything in response.

According to K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, the 45-year-old rapper has a move scheduled for August 1 and needs to arrange housing while his wife Victoria Prince has a job offer from a nearby university but has not yet accepted it, as per TMZ. The lawyer added that "there should be no issue" with the two boys, claiming Federline has full legal custody and entirely de facto physical custody and that Spears hasn't seen her sons in "more than a year."

Spears' attorney, Mathew Rosengart, has until Friday, June 2, to react, after which Kaplan will submit legal papers requesting a move-away order. According to TMZ, Kevin's attorneys anticipate receiving a reply this week. According to insiders, it won't go this far; nevertheless, if she rejects, he will go before a judge and seek permission. As per a source who spoke to the media, Victoria has a job opportunity, Kevin can find work as a DJ, and the boys may enjoy a more private existence away from the hectic Los Angeles environment.

A lawsuit against Kevin and his wife?

There is also a rumor doing the rounds on Twitter claiming that Kevin and his wife are being sued by "West Valley Christian School for refusing to pay for the boy's education" and criticism of the rapper doesn't seem to be slowing. Users have been outraged with Spears' ex-husband and tweeting pictures of the lawsuit.
