LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Alyssa Farah Griffin spent part of her summer holidays in the Bahamas, and now she will be returning to CNN to discuss the upcoming and anticipated GOP debate.
While ‘The View’ co-host’s Twitter is filled with political opinions ahead of the 2024 presidential elections, her Instagram has more personal pictures, from her husband, Justin Griffin, to her dog, Herbie.
Recently, Griffin posted a picture with her friend and ex-co-worker, Sarah Mathews. Mathews and Griffin both worked at the White House as aides to former president, Donald Trump.
In the picture, Mathews and Griffin posed in front of a portrait of former President Ronald Reagan, and the internet is not impressed.

Alyssa Farah Griffin worked as the Director of Strategic Communications and Assistant to the President during Trump’s presidency, and Mathews worked as deputy press secretary, at the same time.
Griffin took to Instagram to post a picture of Mathews and her standing next to each other, with a portrait of Ronald Reagan behind them.
The location of the post was Washington DC and it was captioned, “Throwback @sarahamatthews1” with two American flags to go with it.

Internet disappointed with ‘The View’ co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin
After Alyssa Farah Griffin posted this picture, despite the limited comments on her Instagram, the majority of them were disappointed by the post because Griffin stood in front of a portrait of former president Ronald Reagan.
One person commented, “Almost everything wrong in our country today can be traced back to Reagan and how he deregulated and untaxed EVERYTHING! Housing, healthcare, and college education were not supposed to be tools for unbridled capitalism. He ruined all of that!"
Another person also wrote, "Didn't Ronnie ruin the country with this trickle-down bs and also allowed many gay men to die by ignoring the AIDS crisis early on?" One user simply commented, "Reagan. That's a no."
Some have even decided to unfollow Griffin after this post as one person commented, “In front of the worst POTUS of all time...and you worked for the worst of all time. It's definitely my cue to unfollow no matter how "sweet" you are lol."
Griffin’s fans have also expressed their disappointment as one wrote, "Love watching you, Alyssa, but Reagan did more harm to this country."
"His policies would eventually spawn such copycat Presidents, such as Bush and Donald Trump. Look at the obscene debt all three of them put the country in for example,” they added.
Another commented, “I like the women, not the portrait.”
