LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Travis Kelce, the star of the Kansas City Chiefs, and his brother Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles have paired together to perform a Christmas special song, suggesting that all that going around with Taylor Swift has paid off.

On Wednesday, November 15, the duet by the brothers from the Eagles' Christmas record, 'A Philly Special Christmas Special,' will be released, as hinted at by the album's official Instagram account.

'Fairytale of Philadelphia'

The brothers come together to recreate 'Fairytale of New York,' the Pogues' 1987 song set in Philadelphia and about an Irish immigrant who spends Christmas Eve sleeping in the drink tank after a wild night, per The Philadelphia Inquirer.

On Tuesday, November 14, the album's official Instagram page shared a preview video for the song 'Fairytale of Philadelphia.'

The caption reads: "Philly, are we going to let a Chief steal the show? No way… But we are going to enjoy the newly reimagined single, Fairytale of Philadelphia by Jason & Travis Kelce."

The pair can be heard singing in the post while acting like puppets from claymation. In the video, Travis sings to his brother, "You are handsome."

Jason responds, "You are pretty," and Travis continues, "You’re the king of South Philly."

Travis disclosed that he contributed his vocals to the album's duet with Jason on a recent episode of the Kelce brothers' 'New Heights' podcast, but he hasn't heard the final result yet.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end said, "Dude I do not want to hear myself sing like that. I’ve got more of the rock voice."

Along with a collaboration with Patti LaBelle, the Christmas special album, which includes songs with Eagles teammates Jordan Mailata and Lane Johnson, will be available on December 1.

Earlier this month, the group released their version of Mariah Carey's song 'All I Want for Christmas Is You,' per Billboard.

Online fans praise the Kelce brothers while asking 'Where is Taylor?'

"And when Travis replaces Taylor for number one on the charts then what," quipped another one.

One more asked, "Where Taylor?" while another added, "Will Taylor be featured on the album as well?"

Another one added, "I have a feeling us swifties are gonna make Jason and Travis’ Christmas song go to #1".

"Travis dating Taylor just for a cameo on next years Christmas album? Chess not checkers," said another.
