NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘The View’ host Sara Haines is no stranger to sharing words of wisdom on her show and social media. Her advice is often well-received by her fans, and on Wednesday, she took to Instagram to share some more wisdom.
Haines shared a video with the caption, “Where are you headed to?” which resonated with several of her fans on the social media platform, as they showered her with love and appreciation in the comment section.
In this emotional video, Haines talks about life, how she has to check in with herself sometimes, and the journey in between.

‘The View’ host Sara Haines to took Instagram and shared a video of herself where she said, “So I’ve been thinking about something a lot lately.”
She continued, “Uh, sometimes when you go through your day, you think, ‘If I could just get through this…’ You know, when I’m done picking the kids up or dropping that off or having a lunch meeting, this and- You chip ‘em off, and then you realize when you get through all of them, you’ve ‘arrived’ somewhere in your head.”

Haines added, “And it hit me that so much in our life - you know, if I could just get through this week, or once I’m done with this really stressful time, or once the wedding’s over or this trip is over or, you know… you know winter or the sun comes back - whatever it is, we’re always projecting down the road to getting somewhere?”
“But when we get somewhere, we’re days and weeks older, our kids, our parents, everyone around us, because time is passing. And you realize you’re not arriving anywhere. These days and these anxious times and full to-do lists and calendars - that’s it,” explained Haines.
She continued, “Like, this is life. And I think sometimes I have to check in with myself when I’m kind of checking through things almost like, when I get to the other side, I’ll be… fill in the blank, dot, dot, dot.”
Haines then concluded her video, So I say to myself: “Where do I think I’m going? Where am I arriving?” Because all of these motions in between are actually my life.”
