Ezra Miller releases statement after harassment order expires, fans say 'it negates apology video'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ezra Miller has released a lengthy statement after the lifting of a harassment order against them. The order was previously issued based on allegations of 'The Flash' star's inappropriate relationship with a 12-year-old child and menacing the child's family. However, Miller, who never faced criminal charges, has now been cleared, and their lawyer has stated that the order was "based on untrue allegations."
Miller's statement read, "I’m encouraged by today’s outcome and very grateful at this moment to everyone who has stood by me and sought to ensure this egregious misuses of the protective order system was halted. Protective orders are meant to provide safety for individuals, families and children who are in danger. They are not meant to be used as weapons by those seeking attention or fleeting tabloid fame or some sort of personal vengeance when there are people in true and dire need of these services," per Daily Mail.
'I have been unjustly and directly targeted'
The statement continued, "I have been unjustly and directly targeted by an individual who the facts have shown has a history of such manipulative and destructive actions. I implore those members of the media who have recklessly spread false claims and failed to accurately report the truth and context of this story, to hold themselves to a higher standard and take the time to find the facts, rather than chasing the clicks."
"On a personal note, I want everyone to know that I am continuing to do my best to preserve my own wellness and what I can to reverse the collateral damage this ordeal has brought upon me and those close to me." Closing out the statement, Miller said, "Finally, to all you many beings in this world who have had the enormous courage to see me through it all and make it here with me - I will spend a long time trying to explain to you what it has meant to have your support. You have my undying gratitude, admiration, and love. - Ezra."
What was the court filing against Ezra Miller?
According to a court filing from 2022, Miller, then 23, allegedly met Tokata Iron Eyes when she was 12, developing a friendship, and later flew her to London in 2017 when she was 14. The parents claim Miller supplied her with alcohol, marijuana, and LSD, disrupted her schooling to the point of dropping out, and allegedly caused bruises on her body. "Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata," they claimed in the documents. They say Miller also decided Tokata is non-binary transgender, when she had previously declared herself "non-binary, queer, gay."
'This statement negates last August's apology'
Fans, on the other hand, remained skeptical despite the lifting of the harassment order. One user wrote on Twitter, "Realizing that the flash tanking maybe the end of his career now he wants to apologize! Smh," while another claimed to have "seen the videos." One called him out, saying, "Well, this statement negates last August's 'apology.' I knew it was insincere."

'Have a feeling Ezra didn't write this'
One claimed, "Don’t care about this child predator." Another wrote, "I mean, we did see him chokeslam 2 women on camera. That wasnt the courts or this mother making things up, we saw it. I'm not crazy right?" A third said, "This feels very much like something he was told to say rather than being genuine." "Have a feeling Ezra didn't write this since the pronouns Ezra identifies with are not in this statement," added a fourth.

This feels very much like something he was told to say rather than being genuine but either way whether he did or didn't do anything it's way to late the flash is a huge flop WBD isn't making any money back from it
