'Vulgarity in abundance': Eva Longoria slammed for her black dress at Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding
Actress Eva Longoria was one among the high-profile guests who attended Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz's $4 million wedding looking stunning in a black gown. In an Instagram story, 'Desperate Housewives' star, 47, flaunted her curves in a cut-out maxi dress with a thin halter neck strap hours before the posh ceremony. David Beckham and Victoria Beckham's eldest Brooklyn, a chef, 23, married his billionaire heiress fiancée Peltz, 27, in a lavish Florida ceremony at Nelson's family estate on Saturday, April 9.
Eva Longoria released clips of herself getting her hair and makeup done in her hotel room before the wedding festivities. She, who is close friends with Victoria and the Beckham family, brushed her hair back in a short, neat ponytail. She kept her makeup minimal and let her smokey eyes do the talk. Longoria posed for a spectacular mirror film in the risqué piece, flashing her cleavage, before joining her husband José Bastón, 53, nightclub owner David Grutman, 47, and his model wife Isabela, 30, for a group shot.

Eva receives backlash
While her dress wowed a lot of her fans, some disliked it calling it an ‘exposing’ dress to a Christian wedding. One person on Twitter wrote, “The dress code for the Peltz/Beckham wedding seems to have been "t*ts". At a supposed Jewish wedding (on a Saturday????). Vulgarity in abundance. And Eva Longoria, what on earth were you thinking?#Beckham #Peltz.” to which another person commented, “Hers isn’t t*ts, tbf”

The wedding
The eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, Brooklyn Beckham and his fiance Nicola Peltz had not one, but two ceremonies to commemorate Nicola's parents' different faiths. One was Catholic, in honor of her mother Claudia, and the other was Jewish, in honor of her father Nelson. Brooklyn, an aspiring chef, is said to have worn a skullcap, or yarmulke. In addition, he intends to use Nicola's surname as his middle name.
The guests and events
There were rumors that music artist Bruno Mars was booked as a surprise special guest, as well as rapper Snoop Dogg. Prince William and his wife Kate were also invited but the Cambridges declined the invitation citing security reasons. Limitless $260 (£200) bottles of Bollinger champagne and cordon bleu cuisine were reportedly served to the 300 guests, with $65,000 (£50,000) spent on rare orchids to decorate the tables. Marc Anthony, a Latino superstar, performed at the ceremony while DJ Fat Tony spun the decks. However, to keep the ceremony as quiet as possible, a steel ring was erected around three marquees on the site. The security was tight and included a security helicopter. A police car was stationed half a mile distant at a beach gate.
