ESPYS Awards 2022 Full Winners List: Stephen Curry and Cooper Kupp win big at sporting world's biggest night
The 2022 ESPYS Awards kicked off Wednesday night with a bang with the motive of honoring their best, biggest, and most inspiring athletes and stars of the year. The event took place at Dolby Theater in Los Angeles and streamed on ABC at 8 pm ET. Presented by Capital One, the event was hosted by the Golden State Warriors player Stephen Curry who also shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse before the event kicked off.
Athletes like Aaron Rodgers, Allyson Felix, Chloe Kim, Tom Brady, Stephen Curry, Katie Ledecky, Oksana Masters, Cooper Kupp, Justin Tucker, and more, were some to be nominated. Oksana talked to E! News at Luxury Experience & Co's pre-ESPYS event and said, "It's great to be recognized as an athlete and not just an athlete with a disability only. You're able to be seen as equals...Regardless of if I win or not, that next person with a disability that's an athlete can see it and believe that it's possible for them to be there and they're worthy of being there too."
