It's ice week on 'Ex on the Beach: Peak of Love', which means an ex will be eliminated from the chalet. Now that Nicola Zanatta's ex Ashley Ceasar is here, Nicole's rebound Sydney Langston has been kicked to the curb.

Fans were surprised to see when another ex was eliminated along with Sydney during the ice ceremony. Adore Delano's ex Jakk Maddox managed to make things worse between him and Adore when he hooked up with Marlon Williams right under her nose.

Since then Adore has distanced herself from him. So the cards were pretty much stacked up against the two. During the ice ceremony, it was revealed that there was a tie between Sydney and Jakk.

In the past, whenever there was a tie between exes, both exes would be eliminated. However, this time around, host Romeo Miller throws a curveball and announces that Callum Izzard and Tyranny Todd who are sitting in the chalet and watching the ice ceremony on their TV screen would decide the fate of Sydney and Jakk.

Surprisingly, Tyranny who happens to be close friends with Sydney votes her off saying that Sydney’s time on the show has come to an end. Callum also picks Jakk to be eliminated.

Once again there's a tie, and both Sydney and Jakk are sent home. Fans were a bit surprised to see them both leave. A fan wrote, "Jakk AND Sydney are leaving!?!? Wow. Crazy decision. #ExOnTheBeach."

Another fan tweeted, "This is actually the worst elimination. I don't want Jakk or Sydney to go. #ExOnTheBeach #ExOnThePEAK." Few fans, however, felt that it was in Sydney's best interest to be eliminated.

A fan pointed out, "I felt that Sydney and Jakk can be sent home easy. I would send Sydney home because I don't want sis to suffer watching Nicole kiss her ex in front of her. #ExOnTheBeach."

Another fan echoed similar thoughts with, "Didn't want to see Sydney leave but it's for the better. Making her miserable in the house would have been the worse. #ExOnTheBeach."
