Emma Watson and Chord Overstreet have split up after dating for six months, according to The Sun. The couple sparked romance rumors after the couple was spotted together in March. However, their romance seems to have faded away as the pair decided to head their separate ways.

“Emma and Chord kept quiet about their relationship at first but they really hit it off," a source told the tabloid. “They spent a lot of time together in Los Angeles and were photographed quite a bit just a couple of months ago. But things just haven’t worked out between them and they are both now single again.” While the two never openly confirmed their relationship, it seems like Emma has cut all ties with Chord even on social media.

Emma has always kept her personal life away from the media and has always spoken how she likes to keep her professional and personal life separate. “I want to be consistent: I can’t talk about my boyfriend in an interview and then expect people not to take paparazzi pictures of me walking around outside my home," she previously told the tabloid.

“I’ve noticed, in Hollywood, who you’re dating gets tied up into your film promotion and becomes part of the performance and the circus," she continued. “I would hate anyone that I was with to feel like they were in any way part of a show or an act.”

The rumors about them dating were confirmed when the pair was spotted walking hand-in-hand on a Los Angeles street. One Hollywood insider told Page Six at that time, “It’s crazy but, yes, they are seeing each other, although Emma wants to keep things quiet and private.” Rumors about the pair were doing rounds ever since they were seen leaving the Vanity Fair party together.

"They have been dating for a little bit now, but it’s still pretty new,” a source told People at that time. “They met through friends,” adds the source. “They might seem like an odd match but they actually have very similar personalities.”
