Elon Musk's family compared Amber Heard to the Joker from 'Batman', as bio set to reveal more details
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Elon Musk’s biography of the same name is releasing soon, and the biographer Walter Isaacson, who shadowed the Tesla boss for more than three years, has been on a roll.
Isaacson recently shared snippets from the chapter which deals with the Neuralink founder’s yearlong relationship with the ‘Aquaman’ star Amber Heard.
One of the snippets revealed that Heard once cosplayed as Mercy from the video game ‘Overwatch’ for Musk, while another revelation is that Musk’s friends and family did not like the actress.
Elon Musk’s family thought Amber Heard was ‘toxic’
Per Daily Mail, Musk's family did not have a favorable impression of Heard and said the actress was “toxic.”
Per a senior staff of Musk, Heard behaved “like the Joker in Batman."
“She didn’t have a goal or aim other than chaos. She thrives on destabilizing everything,” said the staff member.
Isaacson’s Musk biography, which promises to deliver more information about the 52-year-old billionaire’s private life, revealed that his brother Kimbal and his friends hated the mother-of-one “with a passion.”
The author wrote, “The most agonizing of them all was with the actress Amber Heard who drew him into a dark vortex that lasted more than a year and produced deep-seated pain that lingers to this day.” He added, “It was brutal.”
The book describes in detail the tumultuous relationship between the SpaceX boss and Heard. The author wrote, “Her playfulness, however, was accompanied by the type of turmoil that attracted Musk.”
Isaacson further commented, “His brother and friends hated her with a passion that made their distaste for Justine (Musk's first wife) pale.”
In the book, Kimbal says, “She was just so toxic,” before adding another epithet, “A nightmare.”
Sam Teller, Musk’s chief of staff, compared her to a villain and shared an anecdote, “She and Musk would stay up all night fighting and then he would not be able to get up until the afternoon.”
“My Dungeons and Dragons alignment would be chaotic good. Whereas Amber’s is probably chaotic evil,” Musk's on-again-off-again partner and Canadian musician Grimes said.
Elon Musk and Amber Heard’s relationship
Isaacson wrote in the book that the X owner first spotted Heard in ‘Machete Kills’ in 2013 when Heard was in a relationship with Johnny Depp.
While it is not known when they officially started dating, they went Instagram official in April 2017.
Heard claimed during her trial with Johnny Depp that she met Musk during the 2016 Met Gala. However, Depp claimed they had known each other since 2015.
Musk and Heard broke up in August 2017, with the former writing on Instagram, “Although Amber and I did break up, we are still friends, remain close and love one another.”
He added, “Long distance relationships, when both partners have intense work obligations are always difficult, but who knows what the future holds.”
The pair broke up for the final time in February 2018, per New York Post.
