SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Twitter is quite popular for its quirky hashtag trends, many of which point towards both derision and fun at the same time. One of the unnatural hashtags trending right now on the social media platform is not something that one may be proud of, especially if he or she is alive. "'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" host Fallon has found himself amid an eccentric situation as #RIPJimmyFallon has been trending on Twitter.

Although the origin of this trend is still not known, the 48-year-old tagged Twitter CEO Elon Musk, asking him to resolve the chaos. "Elon, can you fix this? #RIPJimmyFallon", he tweeted on his Twitter handle.

Musk, who often finds himself in the middle of different controversies, is popular for his savage responses. He replied to Fallon's tweet and said, "Fix what?", seemingly indicating that he is not bothered about the ongoing trend. His sarcastic reply also hints that he may be enjoying the ongoing madness.

Twitter is currently going through a lot of changes since Musk's takeover and it has caused quite a stir among social media users. Although this lunacy is expected to subdue just like the other trends, it still remains to be seen what is in store for Fallon in the upcoming few days.

Fallon's fans were noticeably very stressed about the trending hashtag. One fan tweeted, "Omg my jaw dropped I was so shocked to see that trending," while another wrote, "My heart dropped for a second." A fan said, "You are mocking the passing of a good man. for shame." Another fan tweeted, "Y’all are kinda disgusting for this."

One Twitter user tweeted, "Who'd have thought that the death of jimmy fallon would be the cause of world war 3", and another added, "It's a little sad that ukraine bombed jimmy fallon to death, but these things happen."
