After claims of a threesome emerged between Elon Musk, Amber Heard, and Cara Delevingne, the Tesla founder denied reports of the alleged ménage-à-trois. Claims of the “three-way affair” between exes Musk and Heard and the 'Paper Towns' actress was made during a deposition by Josh Drew, the ex-husband of Raquel “Rocky” Pennington, Heard’s best friend, in Johnny Depp's lawsuit against The Sun for calling called him a “wife-beater” in an opinion piece - a term that he took an issue with after repeatedly calling allegations that he had physically abused Heard during their marriage a 'hoax.'

The video of Drew's deposition was leaked on Wednesday, June 17, where Depp’s attorney, Benjamin Chew, is heard questioning Drew about a rumor that Musk, Heard, and Delevingne spent a steamy night at Depp’s Los Angeles penthouse in late 2016 before Heard and Depp’s officially divorced. “Did Rocky tell you Amber Heard was having an affair with Carla Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp?” Chew asked, to which Drew responded, “Yes.”

He also admitted that he had learned the piece of information from his former spouse, who was a close confidante of the 'Aquaman' actress. Although he added that he could not recall the specific date of the alleged ménage-à-trois. “So they were having a three-way affair, correct?” Chew reconfirmed, and Drew replied, “My understanding, yes.”

Following the allegation, the tech billionaire denied having a three-way with the two actresses in the past. “Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this," he told Page Six. “Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!”

He also weighed in on the fact that Depp filed a $50 million defamation suit against Heard in Virginia last year regarding an op-ed she wrote for the Washington Post where she described her experience as the victim of domestic violence, without naming the actor. "Regarding this lawsuit, I would recommend that everyone involved bury the hatchet and move on. Life is too short for such extended negativity. Nobody is going to say, after it’s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer!” he said.

The lawsuit against Heard says that Heard was “spending time in a new relationship with Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk" just a month after her 15-month-long rocky marriage to Depp unofficially came to an end in May 2016. Their divorce was finalized in 2017.

While Delevingne identifies as pansexual, Heard, who has dated both men and women, has refused to be tagged as a bisexual in the past. “I don’t identify as anything … I like who I like," she said. She and Delevingne are longtime friends and have often been seen spending time together. We previously reported that Depp "hasn't ruled out" serving the 27-year-old model with a subpoena if it helps his case against ex-wife. "Cara could also be compelled to give evidence — by either party," an insider confirmed. "It's definitely a possibility. Almost anything can happen in this case."
