Elissa Lorenn: Trans woman accuses Matthew Rondeau of attacking her at Shanna Moakler’s LA home
Elissa Lorenn, a transgender woman, has accused model and actor Matthew Rondeau of attacking her at Shanna Moakler’s Los Angles home while she was away for the shoot of the reality TV series ‘Celebrity Big Brother’. The incident took place when Elissa Lorenn reportedly went to Moakler’s house with her friend Shayan to hang out with Rondeau on an early Friday in 2020.
Lorenn revealed that they arrived at Moakler’s house to find out that Rondeau was intensely infuriated after he had just learned about Moakler’s alleged fling with someone. “He had taken a knife and ripped through her paintings. When I first got there he didn’t seem that f**ked up, but as the night progressed I was like, ‘Oh, this is like a lot.'” Lorenn told Page Six.

Following that, the group went to soak in the hot tub and were “having a few drinks”. According to Lorenn, Rondeau, who was naked in the tub, reportedly became “stern and very kind of serious.”
“He walked up to me in the hot tub … and grabbed my face and started making out with me,” Loren said, adding that there were two other women who were present at the time with her in the hot tub. “The night continues to go on, and he’s getting more and more sexual with not even just me but even with Shayan,” Lorenn claimed.
Both Lorenn and Shayan did not take Rondeau’s behavior seriously until later that evening when Rondeau had a sudden personality “switch”. As Lorenn went inside to get a cellphone charger, Rondeau allegedly followed her inside and attacked her.
“He pushes me against the wall and slaps me across the face very hard and then puts his hands around my neck to choke me. I say ‘choke’ in the sense of low-key it was like a strangle,” Lorenn alleged.
Lorenn described that she woke up the next morning and couldn’t move her neck with bruises all over her neck and shoulders. “Even my face was swollen because of how hard he hit me. He’s like a big man. I may be trans, but I’m certainly not that big. He’s a big man.” she said.
Lorenn said that she woke up, and Rondeau’s eyes “glazed over,” and he allegedly began “aggressively” making out again with her, before trying to “take it a little further,” but this time, Lorenn was able to escape. “It was such a shock to my system. I couldn’t even function. I was like, ‘What the f**k is happening to me right now?'” she shared.
Lorenn also said that she didn’t report the incident to the police at the time because incidents like such have happened to her in the past and also happen to a lot of other trans women. “I’m a trans woman. This is not something that I necessarily haven’t experienced before, so my first instinct was not to go to the police,” she explained. Shayan, one of the women present that day, also confirmed Lorenn's claims.
