Dwayne Johnson plants big kiss on wife Lauren Hashian's cheek as duo steal show with glittering outfits at 'Jumanji' premiere

The lovey-dovey looks that the pair gave each other and the unabashed display of PDA during the glitzy event might have had something to do with the fact that the 47-year-old actor and the 35-year-old singer tied the knot just over three months ago.

Although they have been dating for over 12 years and share two young children, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and his wife Lauren Hashian looked like they were still in their honeymoon phase as they stepped on the red carpet at the Hollywood premiere of 'Jumanji: The Next Level' Monday night, December 9, in glamorous sparkling outfits.

The lovey-dovey looks that the pair gave each other and the unabashed display of PDA during the glitzy event might have had something to do with the fact that the 47-year-old actor and the 35-year-old singer tied the knot just over three months ago this year in a secret ceremony which was attended by only close friends and family members in Hawaii.

On the red carpet, the couple beamed happily as they posed for photos with their arms around each other. The former WWE wrestler even leaned toward his wife and gave her a peck on the cheeks that lasted for quite a few seconds. When the PDA got a little too much for the shutterbugs, a visibly blushing Lauren gave a smile before moving away from her husband as Dwayne grinned.

Matching the mood of the Christmas-themed premiere, the pair opted for shiny ensembles.

The Rock wore a silver-blue two-piece suit decorated with metallic gold roses. Underneath his suit, he went for a crisp white shirt left unbuttoned at the collar and a pair of black shoes.

His wife, on the other hand, donned a shimmery red jumpsuit with wrap bodice, which allowed her to flash a bit of cleavage. The outfit was tied at the waist with a sash and was paired with flared trousers that fell over her shoes. As her accessories, she picked large hoop earrings and a ruby and diamond necklace.

The upcoming movie is a sequel to 2017's 'Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle' with cast members like Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan and Nick Jonas, who were there in the first film, getting back into action. The movie also has new faces like Awkwafina, Danny Glover, and Danny DeVito.

It opens in theatres on Friday.
