'Dukes of Hazzard' star Catherine Bach looks barely recognizable from her Daisy Duke days while walking dogs
The 'Dukes of Hazzard' star Catherine Bach looked radiant yet very different from her former days while she was spotted walking her dogs in California.
Bach is best known for her role as Daisy Duke in the 1980s TV show. The 66-year-old was spotted enjoying a walk while chatting away on her mobile phone. Bach looked barely recognizable as compared to her Daisy Duke days as she walked her dogs in Studio City.
The actress had appeared in around 145 episodes of the comedy-drama series that ran between 1979 and 1985. The show was about three cousins who lived together on a family farm. Bach had starred alongside John Schneider and Tom Wopat. The show went off-air around the mid-1980s but was revived for a movie in 2000.

Many of her fans and followers took to social media to comment on the pictures. One such user shared, "I think you'll find they called them 'Daisy Dukes'! Love Catherine Bach! :)" while another added, "Catherine you're awesome. The 70's is still my favorite decade. Congratulations on the great career you had and stay the sweet person you are."
"You are All The Best ever," a fourth revealed.
Around five years after that, the show was brought back for a new movie with a new cast. The 2005 film also featured Jessica Simpson who had worn famous denim hotpants when she took over the role of Daisy. While being the female lead of the series, Bach had skyrocketed to fame.
After the show ended, she had a few low-profile roles and also appeared in a Canadian adventure series 'African Skies' between the years 1992 and 1994. She has also had a recurring role as Anita Lawson in the show 'The Young and the Restless'.
It is believed that Bach had her legs insured for around $1,000,000 while she had appeared in the series. Bach has two daughters, Sophia and Laura, from her second marriage to Peter Lopez. Unfortunately, Lopez took his own life in 2010 and died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
While getting candid about his death on Entertainment Tonight, she shared that there were no signs of depression or any substance abuse that gave a signal as to what he was possibly going through. She added, "We had a deep love…We were together. We were very happy for 19 years."
"I was just with our dentist…a couple of days ago and she said: 'I had just examined Peter a week ago.' That doesn't happen. Somebody doesn't get their teeth cleaned when they’re going to do something like that," she continued.
Bach had earlier been married to David Shaw who is the stepson of Angela Lansbury. The two got divorced as Bach's fame was peaking while she was on the show. Bach also took up her role as Daisy for two TV films in 1997 and in 2000.
In the year 2002, she had also released a jewelry line along with Debenhams. Earlier this year, Bach had sold her Encino compound in California for around $5.4 million, Mirror reveals.
