Dua Lipa goes braless in tight tank top after revealing excitement for Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik's pregnancy
Dua Lipa recently revealed her excitement ahead of becoming an "auntie" to Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik's baby.
The 24-year-old singer and model posed braless in a tight white tank top in naturally-lit photos she shared on Instagram on Friday, May 1.
Dua, who is dating Gigi's 20-year-old brother Anwar, wore minimal makeup as she scraped up her short tresses into a stunted ponytail and placed her sunglasses atop her head for the shots.
"On the days we got so spoilt with sunshine," she captioned the photos, also flaunting some of her tattoos in the process.
The 'Don't Start Now' hitmaker gushed about the happy news after Gigi recently confirmed she is five months pregnant with her first child.
Dua was asked during an appearance on New Zealand radio station The Edge if she was "going to be an auntie?"
"Yeah," the singer confirmed. "It's very exciting news. We're very, very excited."
"It's going to be one hell of a baby shower you, Zayn, the Weeknd (Gigi's sister Bella Hadid's boyfriend)," the host remarked, before asking, "How long have you been sitting on this secret?"
"Ah, you guys are really putting me in a... not long! not long!" Dua responded coyly.
But the 'New Rules' star eventually admitted she knew about the pregnancy "a little bit" before it was confirmed on Wednesday, April 29.
25-year-old Gigi confirmed the happy news during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
"Thank you so much," the model said after Jimmy congratulated her and Zayn on their first child. "Obviously we wish we could have announced it on our own terms, but we're very excited and happy and grateful for everyone's well wishes and support."
Gigi acknowledged that being forced to stay indoors due to quarantine meant she was able to fully experience her pregnancy.
"I'm trying, and especially during this time, it's a nice silver lining to be able to be home and together and really experience it day by day," she said.
The supermodel also revealed how she had been craving bagels each and every day of her pregnancy thus far.
Gigi noted how delighted she was on her 25th birthday — which she spent with family on her mother Yolanda Foster's Pennsylvania farm — after they presented her with an everything bagel birthday cake for her special day.
"We did a breakfast party of like a few people, and then a dinner party of the same few people, so we tried to make it a day," she explained. "But yeah, in the morning, my family brought out an everything bagel cake, which already blew my mind because my craving has been everything bagels."
"I eat an everything bagel every day, so I was already so excited that my birthday cake was an everything bagel," Gigi added.
Her pregnancy was first confirmed by TMZ, revealing that the pair were expecting a baby girl.
It came after speculation from fans who noted how Gigi's birthday celebration featured pink balloons, pink cakes, and pink 'Hello Little One' gift bags.
