'Dr Pimple Popper': Shawnell kisses goodbye to lumps on her head and her edited pics
'Dr Pimple Popper' Season 7 Episode 6 titled, 'Hard Knot Life' featured three patients who were troubled by lumps on their bodies. Jason had lost confidence and motivation due to the large growth on his neck, Shawnell has multiple mystery bumps on her head that have destroyed her self-esteem and Jim has a growth protruding off of his nose, making it hard to breathe.
Shawnell revealed these head lumps were creating many hardships in her life. These lumps are huge and visible in her pictures so she admits to editing her pictures. Due to these head lumps, she is hesitant to spend time with her family members and friends. She was losing her self-esteem, and Dr Sandra Lee was her last hope. Shawnell was very sad as her classmates bullied her for her skin problem. Moreover, she was stressed out to think that it could be cancer and she may die just like her mother died.

Earlier, Dr Lee thought those lumps were Cylindromas, not Lipoma, but after a closer look, her doubts were confirmed as she found the small bumps to be Lipoma only. For those who are unaware of Cylindromas, a cylindroma is a tumor with a nest of cells that resemble a cylinder in cross-section. Dr Lee told Shawnell only one of those lumps needed surgeries and the rest of them could be treated with some dose of medicines only. However, Schwanell was not satisfied with Dr Lee's statement, but after completing the dose of medication and the surgery process, she was delighted. After a few months of medications, all her lumps disappeared and she regained her confidence to get pictures clicked without editing.
