'Dr Pimple Popper' Season 7 Episode 6 titled 'Hard Knot Life' featured three patients who approached Dr Sandra Lee in the hopes of getting a solution to their skin problems.

Jason was one of these three patients. The preview of the episode showed Jason sitting with his head in his hands anxiously awaiting Dr Lee to give an observation of his case.  He described the massive bump on his head as the 'pain of my life'. The 14-year-old bump has created many problems in Jason's life and as a result, he has lost all confidence, a fact which was not lost on the viewers. Although Jason has contacted many other doctors, they were not able to help him out with his skin problem. When she says she is unsure as to whether the whole bump could be removed given its location, Jason implores Dr Lee to try and help him.

After looking at Jason's head bump, even Dr Lee hesitated at first to operate it because, according to her, the bump was in a sensitive area and even a tiny mistake could be dangerous for him. Still, she promised to help Jason and started with the surgery. She began by splitting the bump into two halves and tried to pull out the mass instead of popping it out. Dr Lee successfully performed her surgery despite the complications being there on the back of her mind.

As soon as the episode ended, viewers chimed in with their thoughts about the episode. A fan tweeted,"Jason's self esteem is pretty bad ever since his growth on the back of his neck it's a killer and I hope Dr. Sandra Lee can save him for his confidence can uprise #DrPimplePopper."
