For Karen and Deon, their family always comes first. Despite having 14 children, all of whom are loved and cared for, the couple is also close to their own parents, ensuring that their kids have a good relationship with their grandmothers. But Season 3 has not been all smooth sailing for the family.

So far, the Derricos have had quite a lot to deal with. Between Karen's pregnancy to their move to South Carolina and their new business and, of course, GG's health, the family has had to put a lot of plans on hold. And for now, it looks like the future seems uncertain.

There certainly seems to be a lot of concern around health for the family, as seen in the last few episodes. As GG's health continues to be an issue, Karen is also currently in therapy to deal with her miscarriage. It was revealed that she still carries a lot of trauma from the previous ones, affecting her mentally, physically, and emotionally. And to top it off, there was also concern about the bumps on Diez's head.

While a trip to Dr Ozak cleared the air around Diez, with Karen and Deon reassured he was healing well, it seemed like one health issue in the family was under control. Even with therapy, Karen herself is doing better. However, GG's health is now the main cause of concern, as Deon and Karen explain that they are waiting for a few results from a previous test to narrow in on the issue. However, this meant that the family's South Carolina move might be postponed. Initially, they planned on staying there for six months, but GG was adamant about not moving with them. And now, with her health issues, the plan was delayed even further.

To Karen, this seemed like she was so close to starting her business and being near her family, yet could not achieve this goal due to setbacks. It left her wondering if she would ever be able to accomplish these things or if it was put on the backburner indefinitely.

What do you think? Will the South Carolina move be successful? Or will the family continue to stay put in Las Vegas, with the dream of the Derrico Pavilion on hold? Sound off in the comments below!

Season 3 of 'Doubling Down With the Derricos' airs on TLC on Tuesdays at 10 pm ET.
