In an interview promoting her partnership with Barefoot Wines, the NFL mom, 71, shared that her son, Jason, who turns 36 on Sunday, November 5, “doesn't come to her for parenting advice."
She added that he goes to his wife, Kylie, since she is “very involved” and “gives him tips because obviously she was [from] an all-girls family.”
“He thought he could raise the girls like boys and then he figured out, no, it's totally different,” said Donna, who has three grandchildren Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 2, and Bennett, 8 months.

Donna said that Jason is “very gentle” with his girls, and “when he's kind of roughhousing a little bit, they'll say, ‘Stop, it's too much,’ and he's like, ‘Okay, girls.’ So he's had to take a step back.”
She also talked about Travis’ love for his nieces and shared that he ‘loves’ being an uncle.
"[He’s] really a good uncle, he's so good and animated. He’s a kid himself," she added.
She continued, "He just feels like he’s one of them. I don’t think he’s ever going to grow up.”
Donna collaborates with Winemakers
Coming to her partnership with Barefoot Wines, Donna said, "Not everybody is an expert at NFL."
She added, "You don't have to be an expert to enjoy wines, so it kind of pairs."
About her son Travis’ ongoing romance with Taylor Swift, she said, wasn’t a swiftie earlier, before adding, "But obviously, talent is talent."

"My era was Earth, Wind and Fire, Chaka Khan, things like that. That's more my music," she said, "But obviously, talent is talent."
"I think with anybody, everyone is fans of certain people," she added.
She continued, "I think right now I'm just in an alternate universe and I'm just allowed to be in it. That's all I can tell you."
Donna said what matters the most to her is that "everybody's healthy and they're doing what they need to do in order to make the game a good one."
She explained, "When I go to a game, I'm basically focusing on what's happening on the field, not what's going on around me or what's happening in the suite."
"So I'm just in the zone," she concluded with, "I'm a fan of football. That's foremost."
