Donald Trump and his wife Melania celebrated their 15-year anniversary recently. Trump is known for being outspoken, so it was a bit unusual to see him stay quiet when it came to his anniversary celebrations with Melania, while the First Lady also chose to stay mum and didn't indulge in any public display of affection.

In case you are wondering if everything is alright in the first family’s marriage, then 'Free, Melania' author Kate Bennett's insights about the couple may come as a surprise to you.

The author of the unauthorized biography revealed to The Washingtonian that the president and his wife don't say "I love you" to each other in public due to "heart-breaking realities" of life in the public eye.

International Business Times reported that when she was asked why Melania continues to stay married to Trump, she said, "And I want to be like, well, the time to leave was maybe when he joked about you getting run over by a truck but if your boobs were okay, he would stay with you."

"But here we are almost 20 years later. Being First Lady sucks in so many ways that I almost appreciate the way she's been like, 'I'm not going to hold his hand'," Bennett shared.

Body language expert Patti Wood also seems to be of the opinion that there is no love between Trump and his wife ever since they became public figures.

In an interview with Insider, Wood revealed that after analyzing Melania's body language, she has come to the conclusion that the first lady is unhappy and her relationship with Trump has changed.

She explained how on multiple occasions we have witnessed Melania consciously trying to look "small". The body language expert explained, "This has changed. Her relationship with him has changed, so she feels the need to be formally on guard. There’s so much tension around her mouth."

She also shared how Trump and Melania hold hands often, but never look happy doing it unlike other public figures who hold hands. She even pointed out how they always look unhappy too.
