LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Good Morning America’ star Michael Strahan seems to have made a change to his list of priorities. The former NFL star has enjoys his time hosting the morning show with Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos, and Lara Spencer but as it turns out the 51-year-old’s new gig of anchoring the game show ‘The $100,000 Pyramid’ has taken if not a significant but a questionable part of his time away from the studio desk at ABC.

Michael’s disappearances from the Friday and Monday broadcast have become more frequent and the host has once again missed the first broadcast of the week of the morning show. The ex-NFL star seems to be preparing and rehearsing for his role as the host of ‘The $100,000 Pyramid’ and prioritizing the game show just a nudge over his duties as a ‘GMA’ host.

Does Michael Strahan prefer ‘The $100,000 Pyramid’ over ‘GMA’?

The ‘GMA’ host Strahan once again skipped out on the morning show on July 24 and was instead replaced by Linsey Davis, who usually fills in for all three hosts on the show from time to time. Lara, Robin, and George were present on the show with Michael last appearing on the show on July 20. However, it wasn’t clear why Michael has been away from the desk for this long but the ‘GMA’ host tended to his anchoring duties on 'The $100,000 Pyramid', raising questions about whether he’s ditching ‘GMA’ to allot more prepping time to the game show.

While being absent from the ‘GMA’ studio, Michael has continued to post on his social media platforms about the game show but hasn’t addressed any concerns about missing the morning show. The ‘GMA’ host has been rigorously promoting the episodes of ‘The $100,000 Pyramid’, but most of those episodes have been taped in New York City already. This only solidifies the concerns of many that Michael is slightly inclining towards the game show.

Michael’s off-duty look

Michael was recently snapped by the paparazzi as she stepped out for lunch in New York City. He was snapped on his way to the popular Greek restaurant Milo's in his off-duty clothes with his bulging arms on full display. The star was in off-duty mode as he headed out to grab a bite to eat in midtown Manhattan. He wore a light pink polo shirt with navy slacks. The polo showcased the muscles in his upper arms as he walked down the street. He paired the look with black and white sneakers and a watch with a gold band.
