Marilyn Manson has come under much scrutiny after his former fiancée Evan Rachel Woods reportedly accused him of being abusive towards her during their long-time affair. The ‘Westworld’ star has made several allegations against the rock singer, which his representatives have categorically denied.
“The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” Wood wrote. “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him before he ruins any more lives. I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent.”

Marilyn Manson on becoming a father
Manson, 52, is one of the most famous rock singers of our time. The Ohio-born singer is best known for the music released during the early 1990s. Manson started seeing Evan Rachel Woods in 2007, who has recently accused him of abuse. After Manson and Woods parted ways, the former admitted he might want to have a child, but his statement did not go too well among his fans.
In one of his interviews, he said that he wouldn't “mind passing my demented genius on to small thing who can set fire and breathe profanity”. Interestingly, he is the godfather to Lily-Rose Depp — Johnny Depp's daughter.
If reports are to be believed, Depp once went on a “24-hour coke & booze binge” with Marilyn Manson after dropping his daughter Lily-Rose at school. In one of Amber Heard's alleged texts, she said about Depp: “He went to drop Lily-Rose off this morning and hasn't been back since. I called the guards to make sure at least one of them got here and Sean did. Not sure who dropped her off but I think it was JD and Manson with security.”

Manson, who is the godfather of Johnny Depp’s daughter, does not have his own children. He told The Guardian in 2015 that he is terrified about the prospect of having a girl child.
“I’m the godfather to Johnny Depp’s daughter. He’s my best friend, and I gave her her first set of high heels. Unfortunately, she was in diapers when I gave them to her. It was awkward when I saw her 14 years later, and Johnny’s like, ‘Hey, this is Uncle Manson. He gave you your first pair of high heels and changed your diaper.’ That sounds really bad. But it was amazing.”
After seeing Depp’s life with his daughter, Manson added that he also thought about having a child of his own, but he would "hate it" if his child is a girl. Because if he fathers a girl child, then as per him, he has to be extra protective towards her. “I’d hate it to be a girl, though – because if it’s a girl, then you have all the d**ks in the world to worry about. If it’s a guy, it’s just one d**k to worry about,” Manson added.

Manson and guitarist Scott Daisy Berkowitz formed their first band in 1989. In 1993, the band drew the attention of record producer Trent Reznor, who produced their 1994 debut album, ‘Portrait of an American Family’, and released it on his Nothing Records label. When Manson’s ‘Antichrist Superstar’ was released, many labeled him as one of the most controversial American singers because his songs reportedly influenced the younger generation.
Apart from his controversial lyrics and tattoos, Manson is known for his publicized relationships. He was previously married to burlesque dancer and costume designer Dita Von Teese. Their relationship lasted for five years when the model filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” However, the singer’s heavy drinking and distant behavior were also noted as among the major cause of the split.
